The staff truly go above and beyond to ensure that guests feel welcomed and taken care of. Their warm hospitality and attentiveness made me feel like a valued guest from start to finish. Exceptional service from the front office team, notably Daryl and Grace. Their professionalism and warm hospitality greatly enhanced my stay. I am also impressed by the trained professionals who provide massage services to hotel guests, especially Jonalyn, Maricel, and Raquel. Their kindness and friendliness leave a lasting impression. I would highly recommend Kingsford Hotel. It’s a perfect choice for those who are looking for a luxurious and memorable stay.

I stayed at the Kingsford for just one night, I arrived late in Manila and had an early flight out the next day, and it's very close to the airport so cuts out the otherwise insanely long journey (traffic in Manila is really bad). Very comfortable hotel, the room was clean and had everything I expected and the restaurant was really good for dinner (one of the best meals I had in the Philippines). Breakfast was good, lots of choice.

Rooms were comfortable, but i would have to pay more for a larger bed, but i put the double beds together. It was not quite the same, but it worked out. The restaurant was not open all the time. The bar was very small. Not a big lobby. The plus was walking distance to the major casinos if you like casinos. The biggest mall was close enough to the hotel which also had many choices of food.

The breakfast was superb! I think the price though is a little expensive 950pesos. The view from my room was amazing. Also the staff was friendly & the security guards were helpful. The minibar was nice & there were a selection of miniature cakes was displayed in the lobby. You should try the banana cake is super delicious. The swimming pool & the gym was magnificent.

The room is spacious and clean. And kudos to our pick-up drop-off van driver. we forgot your name, but you know who you are from Mindanao. Thank you for assisting my husband and also the two guys when we are living, assisting him to go inside the van.
